  25. This is characteristic of a very simple problem, but a problem that may
  26. not have a completely satisfactory solution.  The fact that downloads
  27. work fine suggests that you are exceeding some inbound buffer limit
  28. when you try to upload.  The fix is to issue SET REC PACKET subcommands
  29. to the mainframe Kermit with smaller and smaller values until you get
  30. a value that allows transfers to work.  This results in less efficient
  31. transfers than you had before, but at least you get the files across!
